Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsProceedings to enforce the trust and provisions of any scheme approved or certified under this Act may be taken in the Supreme Court either by ex parte petition or by summons before a judge in chambers, and the Court or judge may make such orders as the Court or judge thinks fit respecting notice to parties and the hearing of such petition or summons.
