CREDIT (RURAL FINANCE) ACT 1996 - SECT 19

19 This Act in addition to other laws

(1) This Act is in addition to any other law about the enforcement of a mortgage.

(2) In particular, this Act does not prevent the issue of a notice to a mortgagor under other legislation.

(3) This section is subject to section 5(3).
