CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1945 - SECT 18H

18H Effect on unconditional release

(1) This section applies to a detainee who has been released under this part, whether before or after the commencement of this section.

(2) The detainee can not be released under section 18(5)(b) or (6A)(b).
