Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to the council, require the council to give to the chief executive within the reasonable time stated in the notice written information about the payment of notional GST that may affect the distribution, under the Local Government Act, section 200, of financial assistance to the council.
(2) The council must comply with the notice.
