CONSTITUTION OF QUEENSLAND 2001 - SECT 95

95 Repeals

(1) The laws mentioned in schedule 3 are repealed.

(2) The Imperial laws mentioned in schedule 4 are repealed so far as they are part of the law of Queensland.
