Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On the conviction of a person of an offence involving the seized thing, the court may order its forfeiture to the State.
(2) The court may make any order to enforce the forfeiture it considers appropriate.
(3) This section does not limit the court's powers under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or another law.
