COASTAL PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 120C

120C Chief executive may give exemption certificate without application

The chief executive may, at any time and without a person having applied under section 120A, give the person an exemption certificate to carry out operational work mentioned in section 120A(1), with or without conditions.
