Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A regulation may prescribe the way a notice authorised or required by this Act to be given to a person must be given, including by substituted service.
(2) A person must be considered to have been given notice if all reasonable efforts were made to give the notice whether or not the person actually received notice.
