Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), a regulation may prescribe—
(a) that a particular measure, or a particular type of measure, recognised by registration under section 25 has effect as a particular type of Queensland measure, as mentioned in section 25(2)(a); and
(b) the way the measure or the type of measure has effect as the particular type of Queensland measure, including the way it may be varied or otherwise dealt with under an Act applying to that particular type of Queensland measure.
