COMPETITION POLICY REFORM (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1996 - SECT 29

29. In this division--

"Commonwealth administrative laws" means--

(a) the following Acts--

(i) the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 (Cwlth);

(ii) the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cwlth);

(iii) the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cwlth);

(iv) the Ombudsman Act 1976 (Cwlth);

(v) the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth); and

(b) the regulations in force under those Acts.
