79 Definitions for div 2

In this division—

commencement means the commencement of the provision in which the term is used.

new additional members see section 85.

new appointed members see section 81(2).

pre-amended Act means this Act as in force before the commencement of the University Legislation Amendment Act 2005, part 2.
