CORRECTIVE SERVICES ACT 2006 - SECT 219

The following persons are not qualified to be, or to continue as, a member of the Queensland board—

(a) a doctor appointed for a prison;

(b) a volunteer;

(c) an official visitor;

(d) a public service officer, other than—

(i) a doctor; or

(ii) the member mentioned in section 218(1)(c);

(e) a person appointed or employed under—

(i) the Crime and Misconduct Act 2001; or

(ii) the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984; or

(iii) the Police Service Administration Act 1990;

(f) a person appointed as, or to act as, a Supreme Court judge, District Court judge or magistrate;

(g) an engaged service provider;

(h) an employee of an engaged service provider.
