Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may require a child accommodated with a female prisoner in a corrective services facility to submit to a general search or scanning search before entering the facility.
(2) The chief executive must not require the child to submit to a personal search or a search requiring the removal of clothing.
