Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may order a search requiring the removal of clothing of a prisoner if the chief executive reasonably suspects the prisoner has a prohibited thing concealed on the prisoner's person.
(2) A search requiring the removal of clothing under this section may be preceded by another less intrusive search.
