Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A proceeding started before the commencement under a provision of any of the repealed Acts, and pending at the commencement, may be continued as if this Act had not been enacted.
(2) In this section—
proceeding means a proceeding—
(a) under the Judicial Review Act 1991 in relation to a decision made under any of the repealed Acts; or
(b) for an offence against a provision of any of the repealed Acts.
