CORRECTIVE SERVICES ACT 2006 - SECT 47
47 Seizing harmful or prohibited things contained in privileged mail
The chief executive may seize something in a prisoner's privileged mail if the
thing—
(a) may physically harm the person to whom it is addressed; or
(b)
is a prohibited thing.
