Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person of whom a requirement is made under section 57(3)(h) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
(2) It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
