Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If an interim manager is appointed to a funded service provider, the chief executive may give the service provider a written demand for the amount of an administration cost.
(2) The chief executive may recover the amount as a debt owed to the State.
(3) In this section--
administration cost means the remuneration paid to the interim manager and any other reasonable cost incurred in carrying out the manager's function.
