Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Island council must consider every submission properly made to it.
(2) A submission is properly made to the council if it--
(a) is the written submission of any person about the proposed subordinate by-law; and
(b) is given to the council on or before the last day of the consultation period.
(3) Also, a submission is properly made to the council if it is made at a meeting held under section 127(8) and recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
