Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The body corporate called 'The Island Industries Board' continued in being under the Aborigines' and Torres Strait Islanders' Affairs Act 1965 is hereby preserved, continued in being and constituted under and for the purposes of this and in this Act is called the board or the Island Industries Board.
(2) The board is a body corporate under the name the Island Industries Board and by that name has perpetual succession and an official seal, which shall be judicially noticed.
