CHILDREN SERVICES TRIBUNAL ACT 2000 - SECT 158
158 Transitional provision for Child Care Act 2002
Section 30(2), as in force immediately before the commencement of the
Child Care Act 2002, applies to a review of a reviewable decision made under
the Child Care Act 1991.
