CHILDREN SERVICES TRIBUNAL ACT 2000 - SECT 89

The facilitator must report to the tribunal on the following--

(a) whether ADR happened;

(b) if ADR happened--

(i) when ADR took place; and

(ii) who participated in ADR; and

(iii) the outcome of ADR.
