Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Repealed chapter 4 continues to apply for rights, privileges and liabilities that would have been acquired, accrued or incurred on or after 1 January 2006 in relation to a lease or occupancy right for which there is a pre-repeal lease duty liability if chapter 4 had not been repealed.
(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to section 560 and 561.
