DISTRICT COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1967 - SECT 12
12 Leave of absence
(1) The Governor in Council may grant leave of absence to a judge.
(2) This
section does not apply if the Judges (Pensions and Long Leave) Act 1957
applies to the leave.
