DISTRICT COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1967 - SECT 13

13 Judge not to practise as lawyer, etc.

A judge must not—

(a) practise as a lawyer or notary; or
(b) directly or indirectly be concerned or interested in the practice of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or an incorporated legal practice.
