Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA judgment given by a judge, or an action or matter brought before the judge or depending in the judge's court, shall not be removed by appeal, motion, writ of error or certiorari, or otherwise into another court, save and except in the manner and according to the provisions of this Act.
