Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A registrar shall not act as bailiff and a bailiff, the bailiff's partner or clerk, or a person in the service or employment of a bailiff or the bailiff's partner, shall not act as registrar, and an officer of the court shall not, either by himself or herself or by the officer's partner, be directly or indirectly concerned as a lawyer or agent for a party in a proceeding in the court.
(2) Any person committing an offence against this section shall be liable to pay the sum of $200 and full costs of action to any person who sues for the same.
