Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A party to an action or other proceeding under this Act may appear in person, by a lawyer, or by any person allowed by special leave of the judge in any case.
(2) But a person, not being a lawyer, is not entitled to claim or recover, or receive directly or indirectly, a sum of money or other remuneration for appearing or acting on behalf of another person in the District Court.
