DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT 2003 - SECT 10

10 Limit on application of Act in particular circumstances

This Act does not authorise anyone to do, or make preparations to do, any of the following—

(a) engage in armed combat against an enemy;
(b) put down a riot or other civil disturbance;
(c) end a strike or lockout.
