DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS ACT 1967 - SECT 23

23 Regulation making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may prescribe a penalty of not more than 2 penalty units for an offence against a regulation.
