Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The period of registration that is to apply to specialist registrants is the period (the specialist registration period), not more than 3 years, prescribed under a regulation.
(2) If the board decides to register an applicant as a specialist registrant during a specialist registration period, the registration remains in force for the period--
(a) commencing on the day when the board made the decision; and
(b) ending on the last day of the specialist registration period.
(3) This section does not apply to a short-term registration.
