Queensland Consolidated ActsEach of the following is a ground for cancelling a special purpose registration--
(a) the registrant has practised the profession other than for the special activity for which the registrant is registered;
(b) the registrant has been convicted of an indictable offence;
(c) the registrant has been convicted of an offence against this Act, the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Act 1999 or a corresponding law;
(d) the registrant has contravened a condition of the registration;
(e) the registration happened because the board was given, by the registrant or someone else, information or a document that--
(i) was materially false, within the meaning given by section 232(1), at the time it was given; or
(ii) became materially false, within the meaning given by section 232(1), after it was given;
(f) the registrant ceases to have, or does not have, the qualifications necessary for registration.
