Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is a special purpose registrant or provisional special purpose registrant must not take or use a restricted title unless the title relates to the special activity for which the registrant is registered under this Act.

(2) A person must not, in relation to a special purpose registrant or provisional special purpose registrant, use a restricted title unless the title relates to the special activity for which the registrant is registered under this Act.

(3) A special purpose registrant or provisional special purpose registrant must not take or use a title (other than a restricted title), name, initial, symbol, word or description that, having regard to the circumstances in which it is used, indicates or could be reasonably understood to indicate the registrant is able to perform a special activity for which the registrant is not registered under this Act.
