DRUG REHABILITATION (COURT DIVERSION) ACT 2000 - SECT 29
29 Dealing with offenders if no intensive drug rehabilitation order made
If the pilot program magistrate decides not to make an
intensive drug rehabilitation order for the offender, the magistrate must
exercise the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court and deal with the offender
according to law.
