Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Services should be designed and implemented so that people with a disability are encouraged, and able, to participate continually in the planning and operation of the services they receive.
(2) Services provided to people with a disability should provide opportunities for consultation in relation to the development of major policy changes.
