The judge may direct the jury that non-consensual sexual activity can occur—
(a) in many different circumstances; and
(b) between different kinds of people including—(i) people who know one another; and(ii) people who are married to one another; and(iii) people who are in an established relationship with one another; and(iv) people of the same or different sexual orientations; and(v) people of any gender identity, whether or not their gender identity corresponds with the sex assigned to them at birth.
