Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive of the department within which the Health Services Act 1991 is administered may appoint a public service officer as a DNA analyst if satisfied the officer has the necessary qualifications and experience to be a DNA analyst.
(2) The appointment takes effect on the day it is notified in the gazette.
