Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, while a member of the commission's staff is complying with section 127 or 128, a scrutineer objects to the member's treatment of a ballot paper as informal, the member must mark on the back of it 'formal' or 'informal' according to whether the member's decision is to treat it as formal or informal.
(2) If, while a member of the commission's staff is complying with section 127 or 128, a scrutineer objects to the counting of a vote for a particular candidate, the member must mark on the back of the relevant ballot paper the name of the candidate for whom it is counted.
