Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Works built in a place by an electricity entity remain the entity's property even if the place is not under its control.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the electricity entity may agree with the owner of the place that the works do not remain the entity's property.
