Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the reviewer under section 218 may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for an external review of the decision.
(2) However, a regulation may provide that a person can not apply under subsection (1) for an external review of a decision giving effect to a resolution by mediation or a decision by arbitration.
