ELECTRICITY ACT 1994 - SECT 240

240 Impersonation of person named in document

(1) A person must not pretend to be a person named in a document issued or given under this Act.

Maximum penalty—8 penalty units.

(2) In subsection (1)—

document includes a certificate, identity card, notice, record book and register.
