Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A regulation may limit the power of the System Operator in Queensland to do anything, or to give a Registered participant a direction requiring it to do anything, that is inconsistent with the obligations of the System Operator in Queensland or the Registered participant under a transaction document.
(2) The application of this Act may be changed under the State agreement or a further agreement under the Gladstone Power Station Agreement Act 1993.
(3) In this section—
State agreement has the meaning given in Gladstone Power Station Agreement Act 1993.
transaction document has the meaning given in Gladstone Power Station Agreement Act 1993.
