Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A pricing entity may, in writing, ask a retail entity for relevant information the pricing entity requires to make a price determination for the retail entity.
(2) The retail entity must, within the reasonable period stated in the request, give the relevant information to the pricing entity.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—100 penalty units.
