Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The investigation costs provision applies to a person being convicted of an offence against this Act regardless of when the offence against this Act was committed.
(2) Subsection (1) applies despite the following provisions—
(a) the Criminal Code, section 11(2);
(b) the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20C.
(3) In this section—
investigation costs provision means section 122(1) as amended under the Mines and Energy Legislation Amendment Act 2011.
