EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 - SECT 229
229 Establishment of college
(1) The Queensland College of Teachers is established.
(2) The college—
(a) is a body corporate; and
(b) has a seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in
its corporate name.
