EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 - SECT 279

(1) The director may delegate the director's powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified member of the office's staff.

(2) In this section—

appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
