EXOTIC DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT 1981 - SECT 19G

19G Return of identity card

A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person's identity card to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an inspector unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
