EDUCATION (ACCREDITATION OF NON-STATE SCHOOLS) ACT 2001 - SECT 10
10 Offence of operating a school without accreditation or provisional accreditation
A person must not operate a school unless—
(a) the school is accredited; or
(b) subject to section 25, the school is provisionally accredited.
Maximum
penalty—100 penalty units.
