EDUCATION (ACCREDITATION OF NON-STATE SCHOOLS) ACT 2001 - SECT 13
13 Mode of delivery of education
A school may only be provisionally accredited, or accredited, to use the
following modes of delivery of education—
(a) classroom education;
(b)
distance education.
