Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an application has been made for the accreditation of a school to provide a type of education at a location and the application has not been decided by the board.
(2) The applicant may not make another application for the accreditation of the school to provide the same type of education at the location.
